Kimberly holds a Masters in Health & Healing as a Certified Nutritional Counselor, a Masters in Education and is an experienced Yoga and Yoga Therapy instructor at the advanced and international level. She has studied the major nutritional theories from East to West and believes that each person benefits from a little bit of everything in a proportion that is unique to the individual. Kimberly has been counseling since 1998 and has worked and studied in New York, Spain and in Southern India where she counseled clients on movement and nutrition in local Ayurvedic hospitals and therapy clinics. Kimberly’s practiced is based in New York City. She believes in showing her clients how to make simple life changes that are easy to sustain and provide long-term permanent healing.
