I have had some great success the past few months using the Purely Fit resource guide. They keep their articles limited to diets and foods that burn fat. They also have several recipes. Let me know your thoughts or are there other websites you can refer that have more content: Link Below:

Hi Marywall2.
I am glad you have found a resource that makes you happy and healthy! It is difficult to comment on a general website such as the one you mentioned. I recommend if you need specific nutrition advice that it come from a nutrition professional with a degree from a credentialed university and from someone who must keep their knowledge current via continuing education.I will say that foods themselves don't burn fat... activity burns fat and Calories.
Some foods such as green tea may provide a "boost" to your metabolism, increasing Calories burned by approximately 70 Calories per day. Some foods also may induce some of the enzymes in your body that contribute to fat burning. But don't be led to believe that eating a food, especially a high fat, high Calorie food, will actually cause you to burn extra fat, even if the food is a very healthy one.
Also, approximately 25% of extra Carbohydrate or Protein Calories will get burned up in the conversion to stored body fat. Only 3% of extra Fat Calories will get used in the conversion to stored body fat. SO, the type of "extra" Calories that you consume really does count!
ALSO, I noted your title included "high protein" diets. Some of these diets actually refer to moderate intake of protein, carbohydrate and fat and may be BALANCED such as The Zone Diet by Dr. Barry Sears, an expert on insulin metabolism and omega 3 fatty acids and eicosanoids. However, BEWARE of any diet that is truly high protein and too low in carbohydrate and fat. Carbohydrate will actually spare protein from being used for energy so balance is extremely important. Also, excess protein can be detrimental and in some cases life threatening to someone who has reduced kidney or liver function. Diabetics especially have to be careful of getting too much protein and not enough carbohydrate. Again, I recommend a professional nutrition consultation for personalized advice.
For a flat belly, I am a big fan of crunches... a variety, done properly, on a regular basis. I've worked myself up to 500 on most mornings of the week. It really works for me.
