Hello Worried1.
Just want to ask you if you have also considered undergoing some surgical treatments such as liposuction or tummy tuck. With the right surgeon to do this and if you are fit to undergo such, it won't be that bad as a solution to your problem.

http://www.tummytuckguide.com

Consider contacting your HMO or human resource counselor if you receive health insurance through an employer to find out if your benefits cover weight loss surgery.

I have been overweight since I was a teenager. I am now in my 40's and I'm 100 lbs over my ideal weight. I have tried it all...weight watchers, over the counter products, stuff I bought on the internet, adrenal gland regulator, every diet, bought an exercise bike. You name it. Before giving up I was considering weight loss surgery. I'm otherwise in pretty good health except my doc said I have mild diabetes and my blood pressure could be better. My question is will my HMO help me pay for a procedure or do I have to go to Mexico to afford this? Will it help me prevent diabetes and blood pressure problems?

Thanks for your help!
