Continuing to foster her desire to expand public education about nutrition and health, Beth Ellen developed NutritionMission.org, a website based resource center and “Nutrition Is Your Best Health Insurance tm” series of presentations and educational materials. Both venues highlight the role of Nutrition in disease prevention and risk reduction. She has provided services to several not-for-profits agencies and continues to volunteer her services in the quest for disease reduction and health promotion nationwide. Reducing exposure to environmental toxins and increasing the body’s resistance to disease are core pillars in her programs.

Beth Ellen was born and raised in Rhode Island, traveling throughout New England and New York completing requirements for her Master’s Degree and Registered Dietitian credential. Her first, and most venerated Nutrition teacher was Loretta DiLuglio. Beth Ellen continues to travel cross country, expanding her “Nutrition Classroom” from coast to coast.
