I am currently in school for holistic nutrition. Right now I am working on my Bachelor's eventually making my way to a Ph.D. I became interested in a more natural approach to health about 4 years ago when I began losing weight at a rapid pace. Feeling overly tired, sick and increasingly frustrated, I did what most people do...go to a million doctors that do not have a concise or clear answer to my problem. I came across a detox program and sought out a local nutritionist just to make sure I was in decent health for the procedure. Turns out my sickness was a wheat allergy (something that my primary care physician and GI doctor could not figure out). So here I am 4 years later at a healthy weight and better eating habits as well as a better lifestyle.
