		<description>A very simple post, with just five tips. Yet, those five tips are the most overlooked tips by many of those so called busy working people. You can&#039;t stress enough that people should relax and take it easy.

The tip I liked most is nr. 2. People believe that if they drink concentrated juices and sodas that they are getting enough liquid in there body. Some co-workers state that they drink coffee all day. Wow, you hit it right on the head. It is those type of drinks that has many suffering from a slow metabolism.

Another one I like is the part that they should eat more servings of vegetables and fruits to reduce cancer and heart disease. the problem is no one thinks they are at risk, so they continue to eat unhealthy foods. 

That is my five cent contribution,
