This one does not participate in my plan,GHI. So, apparently the doctor;'s nurse or other person in charge of sending tests for eval, made a mistake worth $375. They know GHI is my insurer, and it's the only one I've ever had. The liability shoul dnot be mine for this error. I pay all my bills on time.
